Description (French): Quand le Rwanda fut ouvert au système de pluralisme politique et de multiples parties politiques dans les années 1992 plusieurs journaux et magazines ont été mis au marche. C'est dans ce contexte que le Journal Kangura fut lance. Il était le porte parole du noyau dur des extrémistes hutus du Pouvoir de l'ancien President du Rwanda Juvenal Habyarimana. C'est ce fameux numéro 6 de Kangura qui publia les dix commandements des Bahutu.
Description (English): When the multiparty system was introduced in Rwanda in 1991 many newspapers were created. KANGURA was a newspaper that published the views of the AKAZU and propagated the presidential party's divisionist ideology. It was one of the major contributors to the hate media present in Rwanda before the Genocide. Kangura No. 6 is the most infamous issue and includes the ten Hutu commandments.
