Description en Français:Le journal Echo des milles collines a vu le jour en 1991, avec l'avénement du multipartisme au Rwanda.C'était un journal du parti de la mouvance présidentielle et soutenu par son président Habyalimana Juvénal.
Echo des milles collines N°011 est fait de 15 pages axées sur les grandes lignes suivantes:
- L'année 1993 sera marquée par des émeutes au Rwanda!
- Arusha IV le MRND s'est trompé exagérement!
- Le Ministre Ngurinzira Boniface a combattu le CDR et le MRND pour gagner l'appui du FPR!
- En pratique le FPR n'est pas différent du MDR ,PL et PSD!
- Le premier ministre vient de vendre le pays!
Description( English):The introduction of the multiparty system to Rwanda in 1991 resulted in the creation of a number of new publications.
