AERG has various projects and programs in kind of Trauma healing,Social development and Youth empowerment, especially for their members and the entire community in general.

AERG LEGAL AID AND COUNSELING HELPLINE PROJECT
AERG Counseling and Legal Helpline project started in June 2013 and was set up by AERG in partnership with SURF, as a result of the increasing need for young survivors to seek legal advice and counseling support.
AERG HUMURA NTURIWENYINE PROJECT
AERG HUMURA NTURIWENYINE Project started in 2011 with aim of training AERG members to become trauma counselors. By now 3200 members have been trained and they are still being trained every year.It helps AERG members to overcome trauma and the Rwandan community especially during commemoration periods.
AERG NYAGATARE FARM PROJECT
AERG Nyagatare farm has 130 ha of land at Nyagatare District where they want it to be an income generating in meat and agricultural production , a place where members can improve their skills in an excellence agriculture and livestock center. Today it contains 61 cows, 231 goats and 3000 banana seedlings.The mission of AERG Nyagatare farm is to improve living conditions of its different stakeholders by increasing financial income of organization,improving Rwandans diet with meat from fattened cattle and promoting livestock modern techniques by providing experience to livestock owners in the region.
AERG YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM
AERG Youth Entrepreneurship Training Program was set up between survivors fund(SURF) and AERG with the aim of providing skills and capacity building for vulnerable youth, and reducing youth unemployment in Rwanda. Support was focused on university students and technical school leavers.
