To mark the twentieth commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi, Aegis Trust and its partners have expanded the Kigali Genocide Memorial. The memorial now includes the Global Centre for Humanity, an international institute that inspires and supports those standing up for humanity around the world. 304zxc

Aegis Trust has established the Rwanda Peace Education Programme to build peace and prevent future atrocities. The programme is helping to rebuild a society deeply damaged by the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. As part of the programme, students are taught about Rwandan history and the causes, implementation and consequences of the 1994 genocide. 349zxc
