Description(French):Avec l'avénement du multipartisme au Rwanda en 1991 beaucoup de journaux ont vu le jour dont certains étaient rallié aux partis naissants et d'autres au régime de l'AKAZU parti présidentiel.Umurangi était un journal affilié au MDR PARMEHUTU parti de l'opposition.Au fil des jours Umurangi a changé de ligne éditoriale et a diffusé des messages divisionnistes selon la ligne du MDR POWER parti satellite du MRND comme le CDR.
Dans Umurangi N°017 les grandes lignes sont les suivantes:
- Lizinde ne dit plus ce qu'il disait á la prison de Ruhengeri
- Ils ont été victimes de ce qu'ils ont dit á l'ONU.
- Mémorandum sur la situation politique actuelle au Rwanda.
- Interview avec quelqu'un qui a passé beaucoup d'années avec Lizinde et ses amis.
- La solution a été trouvée á propos des massacres entre le MRND-CDR et le MDR et ce sera la fin de la guerre.
Description (English):When the multiparty system was introduced in Rwanda in 1991 many newspapers also have started and among them some were rallied in the rising parties and others for AKAZU regime presidential party. The Umurangi newspaper was rallied on MDR Parmehutu, opposition party but later on the editorial line changed and its started to spread the divisionist message according to the MDR Power the MRND sattelite and CDR as well.
The outlines of Umurangi N°017:
- Lizinde doesn't say what he used to say in Ruhengeri prison anymore.
- They were victims of the truth that was revealed to the UN.
- Memorandum on the actual political situation in Rwanda.
- The interview with a person who spent a long time with Lizinde and his friends.
- The solution on massacres between MRND-CDR and MDR was found and this is will be the end of the war.
