Description(French):Avec l'avénement du multipartisme au Rwanda en 1991 beaucoup de journaux ont vu le jour dont certains étaient rallié aux partis naissants et d'autres au régime de l'AKAZU parti présidentiel.Umurangi était un journal affilié au MDR PARMEHUTU parti de l'opposition.Au fil des jours Umurangi a changé de ligne éditoriale et a diffusé des messages divisionnistes selon la ligne du MDR POWER parti satellite du MRND comme le CDR. Dans Umurangi N°013 les grandes lignes sont les suivantes:
- Nous sommes bien habillés et élégants nous allons en propagande!
- Arrivés á Nyabarongo laissez quelques uns qui vont raconter aux autres le règne d'Habyalimana, mais une fois au délá, ce que je ne vous dis pas ditent le vous-même mes enfants.
- MRND et les partis satellites ont mis á jour leur agenda.
- Les Interahamwe du Minitrape veulent exterminer les tutsis.
- Que le tutsi du CDR Bakundukize cesse de provoquer la guerre entre ethnies á Kaduha.
Description (English):When the multiparty system was introduced in Rwanda in 1991, many newspapers started. Some were affiliated with rising political parties and others with the AKAZU Presidential Party. Umurangi was published by the MDR Parmehutu, which was originally an opposition party. Later, it started to spread divisionist messages according to the MDR Power, a MRND satellite similar to the CDR. The outlines of Umurangi N°013 are as follows:
