Description(French):Avec l'avénement du multipartisme au Rwanda en 1991 beaucoup de journaux ont vu le jour dont certains étaient rallié aux partis naissants et d'autres au régime de l'AKAZU parti présidentiel.Umurangi était un journal affilié au MDR PARMEHUTU parti de l'opposition.Au fil des jours Umurangi a changé de ligne éditoriale et a diffusé des messages divisionnistes selon la ligne du MDR POWER parti satellite du MRND comme le CDR.
Dans Umurangi N°006 les grandes lignes sont les suivantes:
- La révolution renversante de 1973 a provoqué la guerre que nous avions gagnée en 1967.
- Un pouvoir qui n'a pas peur des tutsis creuse sa propre tombe.
- La politique du gros ventre a provoqué la guerre.
- Le MDR a déstabilisé l'Akazu(cercle fermé du pouvoir)
Decription (English): When the multiparty system was introduced in Rwanda in 1991, many newspapers started. Some were affiliated with rising political parties and others with the AKAZU Presidential Party. Umurangi was published by the MDR Parmehutu, which was originally an opposition party. Later, it started to spread divisionist messages according to the MDR Power, a MRND satellite similar to the CDR.
The outlines of Umurangi N°006 are:
- The astounding revolution of 1973 caused the war which we won in 1967.
- A power which does not fear the Tutsi digs his own tomb.
- Selfish politics provoked the war.
- The MDR destabilized the AKAZU (closed circle of power)!
