Description (English):Avec l'avènement du multipartisme en 1991 Kangura journal pro-gouvernemental diffusait des messages divisionnistes parmi les rwandais.
Dans Kangura N°32 les grandes lignes sont:
- Inyenzi (membre de FPR) ne méritent rien que mourir hors du pays.
- Qu'est ce que Habyalimana devait considerer particulièrement?
- Les Inkotanyi qui sont a l'interieur du pays l'heure a sonne!
- Au Zaire tous les tutsi vont mourir après la mort de Bisengimana l'inkotanyi.
- Comment les hutus devraient mener les tutsi vers le pouvoir?
Description (English):When the multiparty system was introduced in Rwanda in 1991 many newspapers also have started and KANGURA was very known to be rallied on the AKAZU regime and presidential party ideology spreading the division and racism message to the population as well.
The outlines of KANGURA N°32 are the following:
- The Inyenzi (RPF) doesn't deserve anything than die outside of the country.
- What Habyalimana should take seriously in particular?
- For the RPF members inside the country this is the end!
- After the death of Bisengimana Inkotanyi (RPF member) in Zaire, all tutsi are going to die!
- How hutu would have lead tutsi right towards the power!
