Description (French): Après l’acceptation du multipartisme au Rwanda, le journal IJAMBO qui était parmis les journaux qui s’opposaient au gouvernement actuel, montrait les divisions éthniiques qui était entre les Hutus et les Tutsi. Dans le nº 17 on y trouve les grandes lignes suivantes:
-Kayitakire, l’ami de Kanyabashi, l’un des Inkotanyis.
-Aucun homme de Nduga n’a soufert.
'Description (English):The introduction of the multiparty system to Rwanda in 1991 resulted in the creation of a number of new publications. The opposition newspaper IJAMBO, one of these publications, was critical of the MRND and Habyarimana and highlighted the ethnic divisions between the Hutus and the Tutsis. IJAMBO Issue 17 (5 pages) features the following stories:
-Kayitare, Kanyabashi’s friend, on of the Tutsis
-None of the people from Nduga has suffered
